About Our Company:

Milt Tanzer is the President and founder of our real estate software and educational programs company. The official company name is Milt Tanzer Corporation. It was started in 1975 with "Real Estate Investments and How to Make Them" being the first program to be offered nationwide through real estate investment seminars and a twelve hour audio taped version of a live seminar. In 1996 his Real Estate Investment program was opened on the Internet at www.investmentre.com.

Since that time, three additional websites have been added to the company roster, all devoted to professional solutions to almost every real estate need imaginable.

About Milt Tanzer:

Milt has been a Realtor and Real Estate Broker since 1969. He owned his own large residential real estate office for several years.

In 1973 he earned the designation of CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors, a professional designation earned by only a few thousand of the over eight hundred thousands Realtors nationwide.

He served as a member of the board of directors, member and chairman of professional standards and education chairman of his local board of Realtors.

Milt has published five books on real estate for Prentice Hall Division of Penguin./Putnam Corporation. The first, "Real Estate Investments and How to Make Them" is currently in it's third edition and has sold over a quarter of a million copies. Coupled with the software programs being offered on this website, anyone can learn to be successful as a real estate investor using the same techniques used by the pros. (Item #001)

For several years he gave seminars on real estate investing to the general public as well as Realtor organizations. His twelve hour seminar was also offered as a taped live program with the book and a workbook. He taped a thirty minute "informercial" which aired on local TV stations nationwide.

(Note: Milt's seminars are not to be confused with the many 'Get rich quick overnight' informercials that promise techniques that may or not work when you want to keep your financial risk at a minimum).

You can click on any of the names you've seen promoted of TV and learn what others say about them and their programs. I am continually researching my competition. I recently spend most of two days checking on all of the websites that offer real estate investment courses and software. I ended up with the top eighteen websites that rank high in popularity and that offer real estate investment programs. Some of them have programs priced at $500 and up to several thousand dollars. Others have gained high ranking because they have TV Infomercials, promoting get rich quick overnight with no money down investing.
We’d all like a way to get rich quick overnight but it just doesn’t happen that way. A couple of them were out and out garbage, but they were cheap. Other websites are primarily lists of websites that offer real estate programs. These sites have joined “affiliate” programs with other companies, such as ours, and sell theirs or our products.
